It's really tough for the other team to defend us because we're two different kinds of runners. They have to defend us differently. And we'll keep coming at them over and over again."
-- Ricky Williams on being part of the Dolphins' running back duo with rookie Ronnie Brown

Nice....love both quotes....and the other one as well I read on another thread where saban defends selecting Brown over Caddy. CK posted it!

ESPN: "What do you say to the skeptics that have been saying you should have picked the Auburn starter Williams over his backup Brown?"

Saban: <laughing> "Are they saying that?"

ESPN: "Well yeah, they're saying that based on Cadillac's success so far in Tampa Bay..."

Saban: "Well when I was at LSU, we had to play Auburn every year. A lot of times when Ronnie was in the game..my defensive coordinator and myself would look at each other..and I remember, we'd say God I hope they put Cadillac back in, Ronnie's killing us! I would tell them that's why I drafted him over Williams."

:D

Good quote, but I wonder what he means by the "two different kinds of runners" part. Does Ricky think he's more of a bruising back, or does he feel he's the shiftier of the two now that he's lost a bit of weight? Maybe he's referring to Ronnie's receiving skills?

Man it's looking like a real good decision to bring Ricky back.
I was not too happy with the return of the dreaded one, but he doesn't seem to be the distractionI thought he would be, and now that he's showing that he can produce on the field again...RUN RICKY RUN.................:goof:

QB, not OL....

QB, upgrade QB, the Oline is good enough for now and only going to get better, we need to pull people in the secondary away from the line. QB, QB, QB.

of course we need a qb ,but the oline is not that good and with us out of leinart range there is not really a qb we can draft that can come in and start right away....so unless we swing a trade for rivers or brees...we may be stuck with gus again next yr....and with possibly 25mill in cap space next yr why not sign a dominant lineman like hutchinson who will help our rushing game so much then that run game will then help the passing game wouldnt it be nice to have gus only throwing like 15-20 times a game plus we need a new C and we need to do everything we can to get lecharles bentley.
