NFL.com Readers' Poll: Best AFC East QB

It's funny because as of last week Penny's stats are better than Favre in pretty much every category other than TDs, which doesn't mean anything since we usually call running plays in the red zone.
 
As far as play this season I'd rank them:

1. Chad
2. Edwards(you could flip flop them I think they are close)
3. Cassell
4. Favre
 
I'd choose Penny over any of those quarterbacks. He has a better QB rating than them. People just don't think he's a good QB because he doesn't fill up highlight reels.

Favre's the....i guess you can say he's the sexier pick,which is surprising considering he threw what...3 INTs in this last game...and Chad didn't throw any picks....

From what I have seen he looks like normal when he's healthy. He's looked good. he's still not the same guy he was pre-shoulder injury but he's very good when healthy and as long as he stays healthy you'll have a chance to win almost every week. I wish he was still here.
 
Favre could throw 30 INTs and people will STILL be on his jock, the good thing is we the fans can see how good Penny is playing that's all that matters to me.

Hey NyJ, favre at 4? You could make an arguement anywhere from 1st (tds) to fourth (2 horrible decisions that resulted in pick6s) curious as to why you picked the latter and not the former.:unsure:

I agree with you on your list. Despite Favre having the most touchdowns in the division, the fact that he has thrown so many interceptions moves him down the list. Chad and Trent have been very efficient this season, but Chad has played just a tad bit better.

I trylu believe had we kept Chad we' have at least 1 more win and probably 2. We haven't won b/c of Favre yet. He played well yesterday and if he keeps that up and gets better then this deal can turn out great but so far Chad is better and we lost out.

I never wanted to make the move so yeah I'd prefer Chad though I still have hopes this will turn out to be the right move. Favre has shown some flashes and he played well yesterday except for that 1 bad INT. I reserve the right to change my mind but so far I wanted Chad to stay in August and I think we'd be better now w/ Chad.
