Ballage has consistently been rotated into starters reps throughout Miami’s first four practices, something of a surprise after all of the fanfare around Kenyan Drake this offseason.

Why over practice your proven and oft injured players when you can help younger healthier guys get important reps?

I really think that is what is happening with Bobby McCain at the moment. He isn't good enough for boundary, Minkah is better in the slot, he is not a safety but I think they are practicing him there because that might be his only chance to play.
