NFL.Com says we are in second...The Colts are working the plan

Dolphins - Colts & Manning

What you really have to hope for guys is that Manning comes back for that final month & helps them a few wins which could be
enough to pass Miami who probably won't win more than 1 or 2 games. Please follow me on http://twitter.com/bigoshow and please "LIKE" our Facebook page "Big O Show". If you guys ever have a Dolphin, Draft or Fantasy question please Twitter anytime.

the good thing if it comes to a tiebreaker and it comes to point, we will win out since all we do is score field goals

You know one of our much maligned, no-name players is going to make a game-winning play that juuuuuust keeps us from getting Luck. My prediction? Nolan Carroll pick-6.

This is not a season where we want or need Camarillo's game-winning catch.

Having lived in Indiana I can honestly say that I HATE the Colts and their fans. It would be incredibly unfair if they went from having Peyton Manning all those years to then having Andrew Luck. That is complete bull**** imo. They should suffer at least a little while before they find themselves another franchise QB

Too early to tell this horse Race, odds look different every week ...

Miami: What will Moore show after he gets some 1st String Reps & Prep ... but Tony has every facet of the team in Full Metal FUBAR.

Indy: Peyton's Neck & can Painter climb the Learning Curve

KC: Every facet of this team is also FUBAR ... will Cassel have a couple good games?

MinnySota: SNAFU too, Donovan is Tony's cousin

St. Louis: Pretty bad, but Bradford might win a couple ... at least they'll trade something QB-related & we'll be "Up There" for a chance to trade for Luck-pick or Bradford.

Its sorta funny.... We can't even be the best at sucking?!?!?!?! Some of us will see the negative aspect in everything.

I can't imagine how bad the morale would be around here only to go 1-15 and lose Luck to Indy when they go 0-16...Half of the Dolphin nation would be jumping from bridges...

There are other "Franchise quarterbacks" in this upcoming draft besides Luck.

Ryan Leaf would like to have a word with you...

There was only one Manning in that 1998 draft, just like there is only one Luck...

Obviously the draft is a crapshoot at times, but I've seen a lot of the "big 3" in this draft over the last 2 years and the other 2 pale in comparison to Luck.
Jones runs a spread college offense with a LOT of talent around him in a bad confrence right now in the big 12. He doesn't have the arm, touch or physical talent of Luck, not even close.
Barkley I would consider a little closer to Luck but, again, he has nowhere near the physical ability to evade pressure and throw accurately on the run like Luck does.
I'm telling you right now, Luck reminds me of a bigger Aaron Rodgers and I would wager any type of gentleman's bet you would like that Luck far outperforms the other 2 qbs in his career. If we go 2-14, or 3-13 and miss out on Luck to the ****ty Colts, it would be crushing to this organization IMO. If we have pick 2, or 3, I don't even think the other 2 qbs deserve to go that high.

And just to add to my point, wer'e really stuck in a ****ty situation picking very high in this draft and missing out on Luck. Like I said I don't think the other 2 qbs deserve to go top 5, there are no Jake Long or Joe Thomas type of tackle prospects in this draft, we're not going to draft a Blackmon or Alshon from SC with all this money tied up in Marshall, and you don't draft Richardson because you can't draft a damn RB in round 2 then come back and take one in the top of the draft the next year this day in age.
We need to get Luck, otherwise we're ****ed.

This was exactly what I said when a certain Finheaveneer argued I was wrong and he was right. Derp..

It also worries me that if we somehow beat the Jets on Monday night, we will be 1-5 and they will be 2-4 and only one game ahead of us. Although I am a proponent to lose every game in the suck for luck campaign, I cant root for Miami to lose to the Jets. I told my wife's cousin, who is also a Jets fan, that I would be happy when Miami goes 2-14, with both wins coming against the Jets...

Yep, I feel your pain. We need "Luck" and we have to suck to get him.......But, we just have to beat the crap out of the Jets period :-) 2-14 is decent IF....we beat the crap out of the Jets :-)

well said and on point.

It boggles my mind that the OP took that comment from the power rankings seriously and conjured up the title to this thread.

Did you ever notice the person who wrote the article for NFL.com, never played the game?

I'd much rather hear from the guys who actually coached/played in the NFL. They'd certainly tell you how bogus of a claim to "working the plan" really is.
