NFL draft countdown new mock.

I'm all over that. But I have my doubts Quinn falls that far. Here's hoping the Raiders pass on JR and take Johnson. That should give us a much better chance to land Quinn.
 
I'd rather take Hughes with 60, then take Michael Bush or Stanton with the 3rd rounder. That would be incredible value at both picks. Of course, if we got Quinn, we wouldn't draft Stanton.
 
id rather zach miller than jarrett... i dont think we need another slow receiver... but we do need a reliable TE since we really dont know what we have in david martin...

but i can see that happening with Quinn... to me it all comes down to detroit and cleveland... if Det takes Adams, and Cle takes AP, i think Quinn will be ours....
 
i would luv this, but i highly doubt quinn will b there nd the same goes 4 jarrett

looks lik the canes r gona have another good draft year, throwin in 3 possible 1st

you put too much stock in Jarrett's 40 time, he plays much faster then he timed. he torched Leon Hall who is considered by some as the best CB prospect in the draft and Hall ran a 4.39 40 BTW. Jarrett is a huge red zone threat which we need. he is a true #1 WR and if this happened he would be the steal of the draft

He likely would be the steal of the draft if we picked him up with our first 2nd. I doubt he'd get much playing time this year though. Chambers, Booker, and Hagan should be the top 3. We also have to see how Vick has developed, and we also have Kelly Campbell.

dump Chambers, if we got Jarret I would. he's far too inconsistent

he did not torch leon hall... hall barely covered him in the bowl game, he was put on steve smith because smith actually has some speed...

jarrett was a great college player, dont get me wrong, but hes not going to scare anyone in the pros... and its not just with his 40 time, you can see it on film...

and im not saying i wouldn't take jarrett later... but at that pick, id rather that TE because the value is just as good with zach miller and its a player at a position we need help at... at WR we need speed more than we need possession type receivers...
