To all the draft buffs on the board, I took this from NFL Draft Countdown from the user Sloopy (so cheers to him if he ever stumbles upon it). Bowl season is upon us, not a bad time of year. Feel free to discuss some guys on here or drop some takeaways from what you see in various games. Cheers.

from what i saw they are too low on deon buccanon...i was very impressed with the size and the fluidity at that size and the striker...instincts look pretty good too...that's one big damn safety who doesn't have what you expect...completely stiff hips

Been talking about Bucannon on another thread. My second fave S after Pryor (who incredibly isn't on the list). Very instinctive and a big hitter. Tackling form needs cleaning up but it's not a big weakness.

Another player to watch who isnt there IMO is Washingtons DE Hau'oli Kikaha. Under the radar guy who I think could be a steal.

dion bailey was freaking everywhere in that fresno st bowl game...playing the slot covering wrs etc...flying to the football...looks like he's leaned up even more i don't think he's getting to 220 lbs...i guess he plans on going into the pros as a db??? i love that kid...instincts are so good no matter where you line him up at...

devante adams big body but i didnt see a whole lot...not physical enough

khalil mack i can see why he's so highly rated...explosive...real strength in his hands...just rips thru guys when engaged...34 olb all the way...all the tools

I'm not saying this just cause I'm a Canes fan but Allen Hurns is not getting enough attention...anywhere. Better than average route runner, probably runs mid 4.5, very good hands, excellent catch radius, very good body control...he will make an excellent possession receiver at the next level.

I'm not sure how a guy with 60 receptions, 1138 yards (19.0 ypc), 6 TDs and 6 100-yard games gets no mention anywhere. Some places have him going undrafted and if that's the case I hope the Dolphins jump on that.

i think hurns is underrated as well...not as good a prospect though as leonard hankerson was coming out...

Hurns has better hands I can tell you that much but Hank made bigger plays and had more speed.

byu wr cody hoffman...big body that runs crappy routes and doesn't separate...gonna struggle at the next level...further he carries a route down the field the more in his hip the db is...hell no

where the heck is the wr for washington #2 i think he was williams??? that kid was a pro i guess he got suspended or something...

brandon cooks of oregon state quick as a hiccup...explosive little guy right there

bishop sankey with some nice jump cuts but at 200 lbs looks like a change of pace back to me...

i guess kyle van noy projects as a 43 olb...if so i like it...i don't think he can defeat nfl tackles off the edge consistently as a 34 olb or carries the size...more a blitz pressure player...has some nice feet in tight spaces as a pass rusher and the ability to make a guy miss...good short area lateral quicks

syracuse ot hickey not the kind of athlete we want in this scheme...not a good move guy...his teammate spruill the lb is built like a safety not very sttrong at the poa or shedding blocks...a undersized clean to the ball guy with ehh at best instincts for the position....pass on both...

i tell ya one thing if miami ends up taking zach martin with it's top pick i sure won't hate it...he looks like a 1st round worthy pick to me...very good technique damn good in the run game and the ability to turn a man and ride him out of the hole...feet are pretty decent may be more a kick inside guy but he anchors damn well and is rarely off balance...you can just see how strong he is he's never blown up by power 52 college starts shows his durability...i don't know...i think he could play left guard right tackle and maybe even left tackle...his game looks more guard to me but he also can move pretty damn well down the field...

very impressed...i find a spot for zach martin
