Since field goals are 4 points in NFL Europe if they're 50 yards or more........

The score is 21-17, the team with the ball is losing, it's 4th and 10 at the 11 yard line, the kicker sets up at the 40 for the kick, 29 yard long snap, the kicker nails it, and the game is tied?

Couldn't you just take delay of game penalties over and over to get back to be able to attempt the 50 yd kick?
