Throughout this entire year, I have watched the NFL commentators hate on and doubt the Miami Dolphins with video propaganda, highlights, and articles/predictions whenever they got the chance. Now, maybe I'm too young to understand the possibility of some sort of rivalry or bitterness in the upper offices, but what gives?

Am I the only one who thinks this too? I swear man, every video I watched this season since teh beginning has been tottally negative, EXCEPT for when we unleashed the Wildcat against the Pats.

it's not just the NFL dude,it's been everybody...but that's to be expected when we're coming off a 1-15 season...nobody's gonna give or afford us any respect...we're just now starting to get a lil bit of respect...however grudgingly it's being given...

Nobody 'hates' the Dolphins. Picking another team to win is not an 'insult' to a team, likewise criticizing a team's flaws is a sportswriters' job.

It can be frustrating, but look at it this way...if the comments are baseless, then who cares? If they aren't...then they're just telling the truth, and you should be mad at the team.

Well if you are referring to ESPN, then yeah, they dislike the Phins only because ESPN is right between Jets/Giants territory and the Pats. Chris Berman is a huge Bills homer and Mike Greenberg is a huge Jets homer. You won't get clean cut, objective sports reporting from ESPN anytime soon.

even dan marino when they do the picks on espn.... ive never seen him pick the dolphins... it pisses me off that a guy would rather look right and pick the odds over his team.

Every fan feels this way about their team and the perceived disrespect given to them in the media. But fact of the matter is, in this mass media world, there is only so little time and attention that the media can devote to so many teams and so many sports.

That's why the teams with the larger fanbases or more storied franchises or bigger markets get all the headlines. That's why the Cowboys, Giants, Jets, Patriots, Steelers, Colts, etc. are always on our TV screens and on the radio.

I have to disagree with you, the NFL has been showing us embarassing Favre all this week, and they've compiled several videos that have actually been very meanigful to us

So in other words, you would rather he not do his job as a broadcaster?

Put it in perspective

If somebody asked you before the season if you thought the fins would win the superbowl this year, what would you have said? I damn sure wouldn't have picked them. Would that make me biased against them? No. It doesn't matter who the writers pick. It has no real affect on the outcome.

For example: everyone kinda ignored the fins for the last 4 games of the season. They expected them to crumble. look what happened
