They say they care about player safety then make teams play on Thursdays when their bodies aren't physically ready, and you see stuff like what happened to Cam. I'd love to see a stat on how many injuries there are on Thursday nights. I'm really sick to my stomach for Wake, this is terrible, and the greedy NFL is to blame imo

Yep u agree w this whole heartedly. Not to gripe. But they give the patsies a home game 4 days before, so no travel for them. The deck was stacked. Now the bills have a nice bye week to prepare for us.

The Patriots have yet to play a road Thursday game since they started playing them.. All 4 at home. Also Thanksgiving games are also at Foxboro. Brady has never had to play on the road on Thursday in 7 tries. Pretty damn fishy.

they played on the road against us on Thanksgiving a couple of years ago, you may remember a famous play from that game:(

Darn you and your facts, I appreciate anyone who brings up the butt-fumble though.

Thursday Night is a scam. They pretend to care about "player safety". The quality of play on Thursday sucks, injury risk is higher, the road team is at a huge disadvantage. Its a scam

I presume you watched the game last night as well as other Thursday night games. So that would make you just as much of a hypocrite. Without viewers, there would no Thursday football. The greedy NFL thanks you for watching and contributing to their wealth. So unless you and millions of others stop watching, Thursday night football is here for good. (Which I love personally. The more football the better.) Also, what day did Foster tear his achilles? The point is, this is football. Injuries happen regardless of the day. It is just part of the game. The players know what they are signing up and are highly compensated for it.

I'd love to but I'm addicted! lol seriously though it's not just the injuries the games are slopfests, and it doesn't change the point that it runs contrary to their whole caring about "player safety" thing, it's an absolute farce. I don't know how you love these sloppy games. It's just stupid and I wish Congress would investigate this rather than Draft Kings and Fan Duel because Thursday night Football is the single biggest threat to the 'integrity of the game' there is

YAWN..the Pats DESTROYED this mediocre franchise and now people are resorting to anything they can remotely complain about, these types of fans to me are pathetic.

The Pats were beating us before we got off the plane.
Interim HC, Swiss cheese roster, and soft schemes.
They are the super bowl champs playing at home, and the Fins are still rebuilding with uncertainty at HC, GM, and the team identity.
We can still make a run and try to make the playoffs, but we are an average team.

And pretty damn false, a little research shows me the Patriots played on the road 3 times on Thanksgiving since 2001. I think 2002,2010 and 2012. Twice in Detroit once @ Jets.
