NFL NETWORK airing Miami vs San Diego 1994 divisional round

I was 13 when this game was played. It was very crushing. I think the Fins were up 21-6 at the half. Stoyo screwed us. I don't think anyone was beating San Francisco that year though.
 
so many missed calls, along with the keith jackson brain fart...oh i can only wonder how finheaven would have responded back then

That game was nothing compared to the Chargers-Phins game on Jan. 2, 1982, where we lost 41-38 in OT. Many experts feel it is the greatest playoff game of all-time. I cried my eyes out afterwards.
 
Is that the "debacle" game? If so, why stir up such dreadful memories?

The Jackson lateral is the one I blame the loss on....I still remember that...WTF was he doing?

We were a better team and had that game one...it should have been Dan's SB win that year.
 
Was that the SD playoff game when the lights in the Fins visiting locker room would not work at half time?

That team was just stocked. That was Marino's best chance at winning the super bowl.

Shame.

Slightly off topic: Do you guys remember that game in Joe Robbie stadium where Keith Byars was hit low and flipped in the air -- he was of course injured and out for a few games (I think)...what date/year was that game? The answer is important to me. Thanks in advance!
 
Earlier in the 4th Marino just missed Fryar wide open deep and it also looked like Fryar slowed down as well. Then the 32-yard Pass interference inside the 30 yard line. Just 17 seconds left but Miami had all three timeouts left. Why did they not just run the ball and try to get closer for Stoyo instead of the 47-yard attempt? They ran pass patterns and Marino thew twice to Mike Williams of all people.

Langer you are correct, that was the issue at halftime, talk about coming out cold. Last time I cried after a fins game.
 
I cried so hard that I screamed my mother ..... I was also 13.
