oh don't believe ireland won't and should be fired just because ross likes him i'm sure he likes tony too but this is all about winning and business and if cowher gruden fisher wants full control they will get it in miami 2012 bank on it because if tony goes jeff should as well because he is much at fault if not more then tony is

ireland is not at fault in the manner sparano is. he didnt have full control of draft decisions until this year. we dont know the story 100%. but we do know pat white was parcells pick. one can only assume parcells made the decisions on draft day until he left. there has been talent added to the roster, and there have been mistakes made.

the story on ireland has not been written entirely yet. and the early indications seem to indicate he found some guys that can play in this league in the draft this year.

sparano is clearly to blame - the culture he had help developing - he had parcells reputation to lend him credibility. and the culture is still poor. its one of losing - poor practice habits, in fighting, unable to win games at home, unable to win must win games....on and on and on. terrible game management over and over and over. sparano is clearly not an NFL head coach. its NOT clear that Jeff Ireland is not an NFL GM. one could make a case either way at this point.

regardless - sparano must go, and if ireland stands in the way of developing a winning culture needed, or prevents us in anyway from adding the necessary pieces - then he must go as well

regardless what Ross thinks of Ireland. at this point he isnt safe.

dude with the glasses said fisher cowher and gruden are the hot names out there then he goes on to say that cowher would be interested in the miami job and he thinks gruden would as well that miami should revisit those options but cowher is interested is the find here thoughts dolfans?

dude ? hasnt anybody been reading any of my posts ?ive been saying it for the last 5-6 months even bk when sparono was being kicked to the curb and we was after harbaugh . Bill Cowher SAID THAT HE WANTED TO COACH AGAIN ,SAID THAT HE HAS 3 TEAMS HE WANTED TO COACH . ONE WAS THE G MEN THAT WAS HIS FIRST SELECTION , 2ND WAS MIAMI . AND I CANT REMEMBER THE 3RD . Cowher is going to coach again and when one of those 3 teams lose there coach and GM Cowher will be there for the job.

Cowher was interested last year, but wants full control and wants Ireland gone. Ireland probably won't be fired so Cowher not likely.

imo if we dont get rid of both than we might as well just keep sparono right along with ireland because whoever the coach is that comes in will want his own hand picked guys so if thats the case and Ross is that dumb ,which prob so than we can forget any big names or anybody else .

Why would Cowher or Gruden give up a cushy stress free job, in which they only work for about 4 months a year for a 24 hour 365 day a week job?

Cowher ,Gruden, and Fisher all are Coaches its in there blood and thats what they love to do and belive me all 3 will be coaching in the next 2 years all 3 will have a coaching job somewhere .

let Cowher do whatever he wants

my only concern with his is...is he still hungry?

worth the risk imo

Goodness gracious...I know we probably heading towards a coaching change at years end but we're only in week 2...do the NFL analysts have nothing else to talk about than coaching replacements already?

True, but doesn't this make it like 6 games lost in a row or something? Counting last year...? I've always like Fisher myself...
