It depends where you live...I know in B.C. Shaw cable is being difficult about it.
They told me that "until there is enough demand we won't offer that service".
The problem is...before a Canadian cable service provider can offer an American "specialty" channel they need to provide some Canadian content channels...it's all about making the CRTC happy...and that is a whole new thread entirely.
