Is it just me, or are the Phins consistently ignored by the media (unless they go 1-15)? When do WE get "Dolphins Cam" (other than for cheerleader competitions, no offense intended, ladies)? Have we heard the name Jason Taylor more since he LEFT the Dolphins and joined the Deadskins???

Is it me????

we're 1-2 and in last place of our division. why do we deserve attention?

umm... have you checked out nfl.com? there is like 100 videos about the "wildcat formation" and other on interviews of our players.. we actually were the featured story after the game.. and not to mention ronnie brown jp and tony s all got weekly awards soo i see where u are comin from generally but def not this week..

This week we are getting lots of attention, fo sho. But give it another week, (until Oakland starts using that play w/ D-Mac), and we will again be completely ignored by the media. Even Cincy and St. Louis get more attention than us.

You also have to remember what they are doing it for: money. I don't think that they are thinking, '5 star rating!', when covering Miami.

Well we had received a ton of media this week because of our win to the patsis.
But really we finish last season 1 - 15 and this season we started 0-2
Once we start to win and having winning seasons . will get the attention

Who is going to cover a bad football team? Outside of Miami fans, who wants to hear about a bad football team? I want to hear about the Cowboys because they're good. They're fun. They're exciting. They're easier to sell to the public than we are. The best way to gain media attention is to win some football games. When that happens, maybe someone will talk about us. Right now we're 3 point underdogs against the bye week.

WIN.

UH....

Do you remember a few years back when the Lions were absolutely horrible? When they were considered where every player goes to end his career, where they hadnt had a winning season in forever?

Thats pretty much how the rest of the NFL views us right now. They have no business talking about us until were atleast 4-2. That shows a turn-around...something worth talking about. Flukes happen in the NFL too, we got plenty of coverage after the pats win, if it happens again, youll get your wish. If it doesnt.....think of the 90% of other fans in the NFL...why the HECK would they care about the dolphins???

Were nobody until we have a winning record again. Until there is a REASON to talk about us.

.....yawn

This week its your bye expect it. rest o the year you guys went 1-15 last year. I know you don't think you are the same team but before you going to get respect you need to beat a top team. (the Brady Bunch lost Brady so its hard to call them elite). If you can look like a dominate team you will be respected as such.

Patriots, colts, Chargers and Brett Favre make it into coverage based on reputation but if they don't start looking elite this will change, (unless brett demands a trade or something then they will have people covering telling us what he eats for breakfast)

What more do you guys want? I heard Ronnie Brown's name more than Brett Favre's on Sunday and Monday and that's saying something. You guys expect too much. Media attention will come if we can sustain a winning streak of some sort.

Sorry Bolts but can't include your team status as on par with the Colts, Pats and Favre. You have a a possibility of being great; however, Colts, Pats and Favre have won Super Bowls. The Bolts haven't even sniffed the porta johns in the parking lot of one.

Actually that's not completely true. They did make it to the Superbowl (94' I think) and got walloped by the 49ers.

Im telling you guys there are better things in the world than tv stations talking about our football team.
