I happened to turn to watch NFL network and they have an old qb challenge on. Well Frerotte was playing in it, and wouldn't you know he ties with Drew Bledsoe for the accuracy drill, with 56 points. I found it amusing with how he's so different on the playing field to a competition drill. I never would have expected him to score that well. They were the mvoing targets, whihc he only missed two and hit the rest, and a bullsye on the 30 yard target. This is when he was playing for the Redskins. Gus must be streaky with his accuracy, because I couldn't beleive how well he did in that drill, but he was young at the time, too. It was on at 2 I think, it might be on later though.

I think the qb challenge has the young qbs together, or rookies, together, because there was quite a disparity among the qbs competing. Good qbs such as Brett Favre, Bledsoe, McNair were in it, while Gus, and some guy named Danny Kanell were also in it. It makes sense since these guys are close to age.

He is one of my best friends. Too funny. Some guy! He does hold some of the NFL's worst records. Super nice family. Did you know his dad is team doctor (orthoped surgeon) for our Miami Dolphins?!?!?

I never heard of the guy. Was he a high draft pick back in '95,'96 or '97 and then happened to be a bust, therefore, nobody knowing who he was?

I ended up catching the NFL network accuracy drill yesterday from 2 years ago, when culpepper, manning and bree's made the probowl and were in it.
Bree's almost never missed a target beating manning by one ball! The guy looked sooo good.. well culpepper almost missed every target....

He played at Westminster Academy & FSU. He may have even gone undrafted. He played back-up at Denver & Atlanta. He's out of football now.

He was a terrific baseball player. 1st round MLB pick. For the life of me, I never understood why he didn't play baseball.
