On NFL Network's NFL Total Access said we gave Feeley and a 6th round pick for Lemon... take it for what you want... the details are constantly changing...

Sorry for posting another thread about this trade... but I figured NFL Network would know more than ESPN...

This whole thing shows just how WEAK the "official" Dolphins site is though. This trade is hours old, yet they don't mention it, let alone give us the details straight from the organization.

Whomever the web master is over there needs a slap upside the head.

Does it matter. Lemon looked very good. Maybe he could actually be something. I always thought AJ never got a fair shot but this is exciting stuff. My jaw dropped. I didn't think anyone would take him

Espn radio just said we got lemon and a 7th?

Thats what I heard. This is disturbing news to me. I guess it makes sense but I was really hoping Feeley would serve a prominant role. Who the heck is Cleo Lemon?

No one really knows what the f*** is going on right now. We are probably just gunna have to wait until the dust settles tomorrow to get the truth about this trade...

I think they are confusing the Fonoti trade.. as his involved a 7th round pick... while I believe we gave them our 6th and feeley..

We need to look at this thing logistically. Lemon has never played in any real games to the best of my knowledge. Feeley, although he sucks, has experience playing and starting in Philly and here. Looking at that alone, and trying my best to remain unbiased, I would have to say that in theory, we gave up the player with more value, and should therefore be compensated with the pick.

I agree, in the big realm of "mouse minure, or Elephant minure" giving or getting is small.

The bottom line what ever the deal was, Saban and Mueller felt thats what it took to better the team. So lets leave it at that.

If we gave or got, its small in the big picture.

Agreed.. It would be just as illogical at the Feeley for a 2nd trade if we traded Feeley AND a pick for Lemon.
