The nfl has no restrictions on the telecast of the game if it is monday, this means that if direct tv does not show it they are screwing us, if will also be much easier to get it on a regular satellite

we don't even know if it's gonna be on Monday...Looks like Saturday.

much better weather for a monday game, would be stupid to play saturday

You are assuming that there will still be power on Monday. Which may or may not be the case. I would rather see it monday but I think that saturday is an easier choice to make because of the unknowns.

Steelers.com has just updated and said the game is on Sunday.

mort reports

game is still sunday - but it will be a game time decision - might be moved to monday or tuesday

The problem with a Monday night game as I understand it is that it's *Sunday* ticket. I believe they don't actually have the rights to air any games opposite of MNF.

game is sunday here's the link.. Its NOT gonna be a gametime decision.. Think about it... Their not gonna cancel a game right before kickoff with 60+ thousand fans in the stands...http://www.steelers.com/article/45758/
do you really think that there is gonna be 60,000 fans in the stands come sunday?? i mean its just a hurricane right??

the game will be played on saturday but the league wont announce it until tonight so that way their is not another public outcry similar to what happen with the titans game.. they want to avoid having cbs,the league, and DirecTV get bombarded with calls... and for those who dont believe just wait and see

their not gonna decide to cancel it right before kickoff... stop being morons and think about the logic in that

If the game is on, it would take more then a hurricane to keep fans away. Especially given the stadium would hold up pretty well.
