Probably punishment for other teams tampering this year
the NFL told the Dolphins "you're too dumb to use this many picks so we're taking a pick away from you since you'd waste the pick anyway"

Well it was pick number 256, its not like we would have done anything with that pick anyway.

How dumb can the NFL be? You have had months will all the knowledge you need, and it is your own stupid formula and you still flock it up. Crap loke this is why people don't trust the NFL.

7th round picks are easy to aquire if Miami really wants more, especially those in the comp pick range.
Jaylen Wright and Malik Washington last year?
Jaylen Wright averaged 3.7 yards per attempt and 16.6 yards per game for one of the worst rushing teams in the league.
Malik Washington averaged less than 2 receptions and less than 16 receiving yards per game. As a returner, he had maybe the most critical turnover of the season.
