I just don't understand how we go from running the most successful play we have ran this year (wildcat) 16 times vs NE, down to 11 times against SD and then we go to houston and all of a sudden we have a totally different gameplan run it 4 or 5 times? With one of those times being a brand new play, And the other half of the time Ricky was taking the snaps!? WTF? And then on defense our pass rush is absent all game until the last drive when pasqualoni's memory kicked in and remembered how he tamed rivers and cassel the past two weeks. I just think we forgot how successful our past two gameplans were and they over prepared themselves for pass coverage, because no matter how many guys you have in zone coverage, somebody is bound to get open with all the time shaub had. Not too mention Andre didn't even need to get open to make catches.
I'm still hurting, that was a tough loss, but if you really think about it, we were lucky to have this game being as close as it was, we were getting beat in every aspect of the game, besides our last two drives where ricky, then ronnie scored, we only cashed in on the two huge plays by cobb's. But with posting 28 points on the board our offense did their part..
