You have made me angry very angry indeed
This is when you know the NFL is getting too big for its britches. The music industry is already in shambles. What is this accomplishing?
I would rather watch a reunion of the Chicago Bears do the Super Bowl shuffle than just about anybody that has performed recently.
As long as they all are wearing their Zubaz.
(Thought a Marino pic was perfect for Da '85 Bears)
Why would anyone care?
And to be fair I see why.... its a HUGE advert for the artist
This would be better than the Bears. Zuuuuuuuubaz!

Well that sucks. IMO, it's a blatant attempt to block the recent demand for Weird Al. I honestly wouldn't mind watching that dude. At least it would provide some actual entertainment value.
Roger Gotohell.
Wait a second. There was a demand for Weird Al to play the Super Bowl? If that is the case I am totally on board with that idea.
Still, let the NFL charge them. Maybe it will drive people AWAY from the NFL and we won't have to sit through half hour half times anymore.
For decades Weird Al has entertained fans, young and old, with his popular clever parodies and unique sense of humor. Having him headline the Super Bowl XLIX Halftime Show. would not only be overly accepted by the millions of views, but it would remain true to the standards and quality of the show business we have come to love and respect out of this prestigious event. The songs of artists that he is parodying could join him on stage to accompany, as well as other surprise appearances from well-known actors/actresses, adding more prestige and star power. The theatrics alone would be hilarious and a welcoming change, and draw a wider audience of fans that typically would not tune into the championship game or half-time show.
Nobody ever heard of Tom Petty, Justin Timberlake, Janet Jackson, or Prince either before they played the Super Bowl.I wonder if Areosmith needs "Exposure".....How about Katy Perry? Does anyone NOT know about them?
