I don't think Manning would want to play in NY.

They got a loud mouth coach who's act is getting old and a locker room that is divided.

I don't think he likes the spot light and IMO, would rather play elsewhere.

Look for many teams to emerge as soon as Manning is released.

I definitely think we'd have a shot at him, especially if our FO wants him as bad as has been rumored.
 
I don't know why it is a big deal if our name is brought up in speculation.

The excitement is a million times higher when we make a splash move that goes from rumor to true. Like the Karlos Dansby or Brandon Marshall acquisitions.
 
Anything with Willie McGinnest I turn off.
 
thats the thing......... WE all think we are the frontrunners to land him when thats hardly the case..........
Peyton will come back only to have the oppurtunity to win another SB. If he joins San Fran he's improving the best team in that division by leaps and bounds. They will automaticlly be perrenial contenders with the Packers, Saints, and Giants. Joining the Jets or Dolphins is a little different, but maybe he wants to take Brady head on. Washington and Arizona are last resorts, i would think. Look for the cheifs,broncos,seahawks,titans as sleepers !
