This is a rare chance for those of us Dolphins fans in southern California to see and maybe meet some rookies. There are a total of three Miami Dolphins planning to attend the weekends events and there is a flag football game at UCLA on Friday evening free for fans to attend. Ryan Tannehill, Michael Egnew, and Lamar Miller. Wow. Pretty high number of guys representing, considering some teams don't have any rookies attending (i.e. Patsies). I'll be there Friday night with the wife checking it out. Hope to see some of you other Finheaveners out there.

There's certainly nothing special about it. It has some nice parts, but I'm sure Mogadishu does too. People probably think Mogadishu's pretty awesome too.

You make fun of LA for the traffic, but SF is no better. There is a ton of traffic there and no street parking anywhere. I've been there plenty of times. I went to school in Davis and used to go to the city all the time. My buddy is part owner of a bar in the Haight. How many times have you been to LA?

There are great parts of SF, but there are also plenty of dangerous neighborhoods with crackheads, hookers, and LOTS of homeless people. Same with L.A. There are some crap parts, but I live in the beach area which, combined with the beautiful weather we get here, is a hell of a lot better than any place I've been in SF. Plus the women in SF are dogs compared to all the hot women living down here. To each his own. Enjoy the 'edgy' atmosphere, crap weather, and ugly chicks.

Like I said, I think there are people that probably would defend Mogadishu to the bitter end too. Location smack is so retarded, you're basically putting a new spin on "My dad can beat up your dad" types of things.

Besides, I thought you were done with this board? Why haven't you left?

So ****ing block me already if what I say is so retarded. Again, 34,000 posts. Wow. Go outside.

Listen to you guys fighting about where what part of CALIFORNIA sucks and which part doesn't. NOTHING IN CALIFORNIA SUCKS. Come live in Davie, i'll swap with ANY of you.

LA and SF are both ridiculously awesome... Jeez, people out in Cali sure do grow some big heads!

I have a couple of buddies who moved out to LA... They are so full of themselves you would swear they are in the next Scorsese film.

I agree that the argument is ridiculous, but I'm just defending my city so people don't have some false notion of LA. There are some pretty crappy parts of California, though. But LA and SF are both pretty cool places.

Why bag on post count? We're all adults here.

Honestly, I think it's cool that you're going to the premiere, it's something I've always wanted to go to, but never have.

I've been to both my fair share. I like LA more, SF was cold, windy, driving and parking sucked. same indian and smoke shops every other block.

LA was a blast just had to avoid some parts. LA was more like being in NY or NJ so that's probably why i liked it more. also 24 hour chinese food.. that was the cake winner for me. and the chicks

To each their own. I think it's the best state in the country, and I've been all over the place. NorCal > SoCal to me though. You have to be a certain type of person to survive in each place.

I can't believe no one is going to this. I got a football and a hat for autographs and Turk from Scrubs is gonna be there too.

i dont like california at all, but thats just my opinion. i got the oppurtunity to play college football in socal for a year. nothing beats the east coast imo. im originally from baltimore, now i live in the south bc of school. but i would rather live here than cali
again just my opinion

Depends on what you like to do. If you like outdoor activities, California is probably the best place to live because you have access to everything. Living in California, you could go surfing in the morning and go snowboarding in the afternoon if you really wanted to...
