Larry Csonka/Jim Kiick, DolphinsCsonka and Kiick became known as "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid" as they led the Dolphins to two Super Bowls wins in the early '70s. Kiick was more effective as a receiver and Csonka would plow right up the middle. It's only fair to mention Mercury Morris as the third member of the group. In 1972, he rushed for 1,000 yards and Csonka had 1,117 to fuel the only perfect season since the NFL/AFL merger. But when you think of great running back duos, the names Csonka and Kiick come to mind first.
