I'm glad to see he's down in the 320's. He still seems a bit slow to me, but perhaps he'll show more quickness in the regular season as he settles into the system and continues to learn from Houck.

Nice read. Thanks. I expect this line to be more productive than last years which was 4th in the NFL in fewest sacks and allowed 2 backs to average almost 4.5 yards a carry.

Probably needs to focus on the lower body to make that more efficient. His real strength is well, his strength. Weight doesn't matter unless it directly leads to better movement. Otherwise it'd just be a loss of girth and run-blocking ability.
