You could see it during the Pittsburgh game when he didn't want to do the wrong thing with the red flag, so he just dropped it. He's been playing that way all year, cowed, overawed, timid, and frightened. In two seasons Nick has demostrated that he's unable to evaluate any football talent over 19 years of age, it's almost as if he's relied on press clippings, and sports agents to advise him with his signings. His endgame time managment, show befuddlement , confusion, and panic, no way a Pro team can pull one out in the last minute with Nick's glazed look and unsteady hands at the helm. I for one, will be glad NOT to see his hunched over form standing on the Dolphin sideline. Good bye to the worst, most dishonest ,Dolphin Coach ever.

everypne shouldnt be so mad i was at first but though his heart isnt in it and saban told wayne he would stay but he said follow your heart and he did cant blame the guy he just wasnt suited for the nfl. looks like we get to be a sorry frnachise for who knows how long

Jay Glazer said Saban was twice told by players STFU in front of the team Culpepper and Zach. Glazer said Saban couldn't deal with grown men who have $$$$.
