500k guaranteed suggests he is fairly secure as the #3 TE in 2019 . . . .with both Gray and Derby out of contract. Both of those guys would have to take 100k or less on the SB/GM to return . . . .and they may tbh.

Gesicki and Smythe is your 1/2 in 2019. That doesn’t mean O’Leary can’t outsnap them or outplay them . . . .but on paper that is what it will be.
