its alright bro, im crunked now. I think saban tries to give as little information as possible when giving his interviews, so i wouldnt say their better than wannys, but they aint bad.

Count me in the drunkards section...

They are both the same to me. I often find myself saying with Saban just get to the point already!

I'm not big on how someone expresses themself in front of the cameras. Saban's long winded answers I could see getting quite annoying in time. Just as the short, sometimes pointless responses from Wanny drew a lot of the time.

All I care about is what the HC does to get the team ready to play some football. I don't think any NFL player is going to give any extra effort because their NFL HC has an extended vocab or not.

Good Lord, with all the drunkards and pot heads on this board we could build our own re-hab center.

...but that wouldn't be any fun, would it?

Yea it is. Drug addicts are the funnest ppl to be around when they are coming down. I use to love working weekends at the hospital just because of that. You can really mess their minds when they are coming off a week long acid trip for example.

Duuuuuuuuuuuuuude!

being drunk/high aint a bad thing. Rock on! :beerbang: :redeye: :rocker:

Um...a week long acid trip is some what impossible. At the absolute most a trip may last 8-12 hours. After that there may be flash backs, but even that is very rare. I'm not trying to call you out, I'm just a little experianced.

lol you never worked where I worked. Trust me it is more than possible. However I have to say I never spent that week with any of them, so. :D

Most of the ppl I had to deal with it took several days before they could walk again. Unless they died of course.

i guess a week long acid trip is possible if you keep taking more acid once you come down. Although, most drug "addicts" dont do alot of acid.

well, you can tell you we high :)

Saban doesn't tell it straight. He gives one of the most ambiguous interviews in NFL history. Whether he means to or not (I think he means to) he extends every answer into a whirlwind of stories mixed with stuff that a lot of times has nothing to do with the orginal question. None of that stuff bothers me though.

Wanny's interviews were about the same only they had more brevity and he actually "answered" the questions, good or bad and sometimes it was bad. He so wanted to be liked that a lot of the time he'd give clear answers even if they might give something about the team away.

The one thing I've noticed about Saban though is that about 4 questions in to EVERY interview he gets very animated, frustrated and even rude at times. Sometimes he has reason, sometimes not. And that can get old. It's normally when someone asks a similar question to one he's "answered". I think the reason he gets upset is not only because it's a similar question BUT it's because now he's got to try and answer it the same way :) He shovels so much BS that I figure I simply cant remember word for word what he said and has to be more confusing to cover it

All in all though Saban is certainly entertaining whereas Wanny was often boring (but likeable). Saban says he doesn't care if the media likes him or not but you can sense, at least early in the interviews, that he does try to be nice. But pay attention to the guy. After the 4th or 5th question he starts to get upset. It's kinda funny.
