I don't know if this has been mentioned already.

If not, here is one person's view (not mine) of how Saban became coach

Yeah, I saw all of that last week.

Yet another clear sign that it wasn't about money and family at all. He had made up his mind that he was leaving after last year. Him putting out feelers through his agent v.s. the original reports that Bama approached him out of the blue proves this. He coudln't hack the challenge of the NFL and bolted. Chicken shiznit.

Wow...if that is true, it begs the question, why was Saban so conservative vs. the Jets? He really is an a-hole if he knew that he was leaving and still "played things close to the vest".

Saban is really an amazing little weasel.

yeah, that was posted at a crimson tide forum.....someone posted it last week

This is basically what i heard through some grapevine. Once Thanksgiving hit, Nicks ears and eyes were wide open. But Saban already had this in his mind. Probably since his last visit to his pad in Georgia. I wonder how far it is from tuscalusa to there.

Just goes to prove that Saban was a person who liked to talk the talk but he didn't walk the walk. He sure liked to preach about values, integrity, respect and honor but he sure didn't practice what he preached.

I don't know if this has been mentioned already.

This isnt a rumor. This is fact. I remember a Bama fan on here was trying to say Shula was fired for other reason but the truth is that he was fired because Sabans boy sexton called and that started the ball rolling.

Saban, Sexton and Alabama's hands are dirty. All the smoke is clearing up and we are finally seeig the truth.

Saban is an Idiot and he has every thing bad comming to him. What goes around, comes around!

I think Don Shula recognizes all this and that is why he gave such a negative parting shot at Saban. Shula was always a man of principle, honesty and integrity. In essence, he is the anti-Saban.

Bottom line is that Saban is a jerk. Michigan State and LSU already knew it.
