Guys, we are going on the fourteenth month with Nick Saban as our HC. Have any of you noticed there is now no such thing as an "Off Season".

This is a reflection of the mans work ethic. He never stops!

I can remember in years past that this time of year was considered the doldrums of the NFL season, if your team wasn't in the SB.

We should all be sitting around suffering through the beginning of the NBA or BB. Not with Nick around. If he isn't giving the press a tid bit to speculate and run with to keep them off his back, then, he is tirelessly going about the business of rebuilding the machine that he wants every team to hate playing.

Let's be prepared to have Miami Dolphins football twelve months a year! I'm excited!

yeah and i am afraid he will be burnt out in 3 years

There is a possibility of that. I remember when Dick Vermiel crashed and burned and was away for many years.

I think NS feeds on this much like Don Shula did. I see a lot of simularities between the two.

It's better to burn out than fade away.

yeah i know but i really hope that he is with his wife and kids sleeping late on a saturday morning before march 1st and letting Randy handle his part...at least he should tak a vacation

I think its going to be an exciting offseason. May be some moves made, that some wont like, but if Saban thinks it will be for the better, Im not doubting him.

Yep, he'll be in exactly three years from now. After the Dolphins have won the 2nd SuperBowl in a row, he has a team full of players that he wants and the franchise is running by itself. Mularkey calling the plays on offense, Capers on defense and all he has to do is sit back and enjoy seeing the Aqua-and-orange heroes play - and win.

Uhh, my world is so sweet........

 According to him, it was. He said getting home around six in the afternoon to spend time with his family was nice.:sidelol:

My only concern is that Jody ain't snooping around somewhere taking care of his homework for him.

I'm sure he had the same work ethic while he was HC in college, is not as if it is something new to him.

Sure is a change from the "deer in the headlights look" and the crooked mustache, oh, and the press conferences, "we're gonna get things cleaned up!":rolleyes2
