How about Nick Turnbull from fiu with one of our seventh round picks or as a free agent. he is a fast 6'2 211 safety. he also played cb. he has 210 career tackles, 14 interceptions and 20 broken up passes and in 2004 had 74 tackles, 5 interceptions, 4 broken up passes in his last year as a FS.
On his pro day the herald said this "Turnbull ran a time of 6.7 seconds in the L Drill -- an agility test where players run around cones shaped like the letter ''L.'' An NFC scout said that was one of the fastest L Drill times he has ever seen." with a lower abdominal strain

Nontheless, the FIU coaches belief that he can be a shutdown corner shows he's got decent speed....Respected football people we know are surprised he didn't sign with Miami or some other conference school out of the prep ranks. Turnbull is definitely a smaller school player to watch real closely, due to his size, speed and toughness."
