Just an idea that might make all of us feel better. 24 hours has gone by and let's just move on as a fanbase and forget this lying, 2-faced, overated power freak. The fans deserve a more exciting brand of football than what Saban brought to the table. Nothing but game-managing QBs, punts and no balls in the redzone. I demand better!!!! I'm happy to see him go. We will be better off in the short and long run. This was a brutal year and the buck stops right with Nick Saban. When he left LSU it was very sad for them because they achieved a tremendous amount under Saban including a title. It's a very different situation here in Miami. If we just won the Superbowl and he was jumping ship that would be really bad but we just went 6-10 and lost ground to the other teams within our division. Teams that we hate like the Jets and the Bills have not only swept us but have younger better teams. I can't handle that and it must stop. With Saban out the door we can bring in a dynamic Head Coach to get us rolling in the right direction. Saban brought in Mularkey- GREAT CALL NICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let's try to keep Capers, dump MM and turn this around behind behind a real superstar coach. Let's invoke the 24 hour rule, stop talking about this self-important piece of garbage and move into 2007 with great hope that better days are coming. We deserve them.

Nice idea but this is something that will not be forgotten ever! We as fans will eventually get over this but forget, Never! Nick Saban has left a mark that will last for a long, long time and set his own standard for treachery and lieing. IMO he left this team in worse shape than when he arrived though some may disagree. I read an article in the USA Today that said that Saban had left this team devastated and not in better shape than when he arrived as he claimed and it also said he was a notable lier and I agree to both.

So you want us to forget a guy by playing by his rule? Nice try, but I'm not sure thats going to fly.
I will admit, this hurts less then Ricky. At least this time we had warning...
Personally, I'm glad he's gone. If his hearts not in it, then I don't want him around making things worse.

I'm not saying forget. We're all to mad for that to happen but how about stop dwelling on it and try to move on. Also, no reason to mourn the loss. He wasn't making us a great team. Not by a long shot. We have a better future without Saban imo.
