No Announcement Today? Looks like the Dolphins will continue to string us along

I dont see why its such an issue to people that we havnt yet. What's is the rush? Teh senior bowl isnt for anohter 8 days, so you could argue that we shoudl have a coach by then. That still gives us one week! Everyone needs to relax. There is no downside to taking your time here. Its not like we are about to hit free agency.
 
The public relations people are not going to leak things to Korny Korn whatever.
 
the Dolphins and the Dolphins organization stress me out way too much. This is suppose to be fun. Following your favorite team is suppose to be enjoyable. I've been a fan my whole life, season tickets and all, so I think I have the right to say, F*CK the Dolphins.

I'm having fun without stress. Don't take it so seriously to the point where it affects your health. That's going a bit too far
 
I hate to say it but the longer this thing drags out the better chance that Bowles is the next head coach. Reports said that if Ross "can't make up his mind" on any of the others than it would be Bowles. Perhaps a 1 year trial to see how he does and whether a better candidate comes along next offseason.
 
Ever think the plan all along was a Saturday press conference? Ross just got back to South Florida a few hours ago, and there is no guarantee McCoy(assuming he gets it) is even in South Florida right now. Today could just be the day they inform the coach who got the job and work out a contract, than McCoy(assuming he gets the job) gets his belongings together and his family and comes in for a press conference tomorrow. Honestly, I never expected the process to go so fast today that they would have an afternoon press conference.
 
I think Bowles is the only hire this team could make that would cause even people like me to scream in disgust. I have to believe that someone at Dolphins HQ is aware of just how unpopular that move would be.

i doubt they are waiting to interview carmichael... why would they have to wait for him, and if they really wanted him they would have interviewed him before all the people got 2nd interviews.... though he is still my #1 choice

that's my worry too, but at this point is McCoy really beter than Bowles or Philbin? I think they should re-open the search and bring in Chudz, Billick, Carmichael, etc. . .I think we can do better than the three "finalist". Hell even Marty would be better in my opinion.

lol nub, always defending the dolphins organization, come on, call like it is dude, and what it is that we have clueless leaders running this organization right now and dont know which way to go.

Unless they are banking on getting some free publicity by announcing it before a playoff game, then no, I don't think a Saturday press conference makes much sense.
