No confidence in coaching staff ?

Why don't somebody ask the team what they think of the coaching staff? Then we might find the rest of the problem with this team?

Well when the coach gets rid of everyone that speaks up as a leader of the team, including one of the best weapons we had on offense...you should be able to see who the problem is...

I don't blame him, and most coaches in his position would do the same thing. HC's like to shape their team, and more often than not the failing leadership that was in place before they arrive would get a serious look. There's no reason to make it seem like what Philbin did was out of line. Simply, it was not.
