I dont think the issue is the intensity and "MOTIVATION OR THE WANT TO WIN" on defense but rather offense. I dont see any fire in this PATHETIC group. We seriously need mor eplayers that are NEW and continue washing out these losers taht have no interest in winning. It was said in the article taht many of em' dont have the care to win or the fire when they play. that is our problem.

I don't know which players you're talking about but what i can tell you is that i agree with you. IMO we don't have the type of players on offense that have a killer instinct. CC is a joke as a number 1 WR this year and he has no foucs. Chambers dosen't have that passion that you see in other number 1 WRs that get open despite being double covered. On any other team Chambers would be a #2 or #3. Mcmike is alright but he tends lose concentration and drops balls at the worst times. Our O-line speaks for itself and they suck. Ronnie i think would be better if the line was better but the jury is still up on him. Booker has not done anything since he's been here and he probably won't be here that much longer.

I see fire, look at what Jason Taylor was doing to us! Your team has fire, i think that your coaches are just calling some weird plays.

It all starts with the coaches. If a player is lacking fire and motivation, replace him immediately. Why it takes until we are down and out in the 4th quarter before the offense starts making plays is ridiculous. I wont even mention Chambers & Hagan dropping balls that must be caught...........a joke.

It is our missing ingredient for sure. I agree.

1 players fire and passion doesnt account for 52 other players, sorry.

and i HIGHLY agreee. you konw what the problem is, we are so against getting a player that has a big mouth and likes to EXPRESS his true feelings and now we have players like CHambers taht doenst talk, nor care to be the NUMBER 1 GUY like other NUMBER 1 WR's and we dont have any big moutsh to fire ppl up. Look at the great teams, they have a LEADER! someone who expresses emotions and when things are bad, expresses it as well to get things going. We dont have anyone that SPEAKS for the team. that is not a good thing. JT is the closest guy to it and he STILL controls himself, if it wans't for him, we would be a team taht has NO EMOTIONS nor cares to EXPRESS anger or unhappiness.

No fire - that's what happens you you DON"T play the young guys who would run through a brick wall to make a play or make the team. They haven't been beaten up enough to think about pacing themselves. We have WAY TOO MANY vets playing IMO. Look around the league at all the young impact guys making plays. Where are our guys? INACTIVE! Special Teams! If you think some of the vets don't take plays off or pace themselves during the game you're crazy. Young guys bring crazy energy and passion. The vets should be role players - not starting and playing every down.

I'm critical of guys like McMike and his drops but if you think about his situation - he is a pass catching threat - he needs the ball - yet he is being asked to block 75% of the time - how discouraging is that - what a waste! I would lose some fire if I thought I was being wasted - if we were scoring 30 points by my doing something different and winning that's one thing but when you are scoring 10 points or less and losing - what's the point after awhile. You eventually lose the fire.

Its hard to find passion when your leaders aren't giving you any direction.

Zach hasn't had the most amazing season, but he's played solid thus far. What he needs to improve in in yelling and making some big hits like he did last year. Our defense in general needs this. That type of thing bleeds out big plays. We do have the talent on both sides of the ball. Our secondary is banged up right now, but except for Tillman, they haven't played horribly.

Harrington, atleast for now while he's in, needs to take the fire he has and combine it with some more big plays.

Murlarkey needs to look in the mirror and ask himself if he's capable of calling more appropriate plays in ALL facets of the offense. RUN RONNIE, THROW TO CHAMBERS, DON'T LEAVE MCMIKE IN TO BLOCK 70% OF THE DAMN TIME! No one fears us offensively because through SIX games we've scored EIGHT touchdowns. I CAN CALL BETTER PLAYS! If you keep this crap up, you'll be catching the next flight out of Miami.

Saban needs to spend more time smacking around Murlarkey than the players in practice.

Welker has fire, Joey is 100% into it. JT is really fired up (most of the time).

I think they should just STOP blitzing ZT since he is never getting there.

The Fins problem this year is the same as last year. Saban's system is too complicated IMHO. It takes the players half the season just to get somewhat comfortable with the Defensive system.

CC can play great once he focuses, but he seems to always make some horrible plays in the 1st drive of every game. It's like he isn't paying attention yet.

Remember the missed block in the 1st play against the jets, or the juggling int last week?
(That pass wasn't thrown too hard)...

The problem is the Dolphins BLITZ too much....almost on every play....you live by the blitz you die by the Blitz.
