NO heart. No Urgency. No anything.

I have seen guys like Brady and Big Ben stalking the sidelines, exhorting their team to rise up up and play better. I have never seen RT do this.

Well you have to have some credibility in the form of winning play before you can have any clout or cogency in doing that.

After these last two inept performances, it's infuriating to think about the amount of money the players and coaching staff are making.

No Heart is right on the money. They are a gutless team. The lack of effort is completely on the coaching staff. I never see any of the coaches chewing out any players on the sidelines. The coaches show no motivation on the sidelines.

I remember when Marino got in his first game, after a drive he was walking up and down the bench firing up the vets like Kuechenberg and Stevenson! You just knew at that moment right there, Marino had it! Those days are long gone, there is not 1 player I see on this team that has or seems willing to step up in that leadership role.

It starts with the head coach, and trickles down to the assistants and players. Nobody has it on this team.

Bush, Marshall, and Dansby had what you guys were talking about, and they were released.
When you have a coach who's best motivation is "guys just gotta come to work and do their jobs," then you see why the team is rather robotic. Football is nothing like "work."

pathetic losers,
no leaders, no heart, no anything from the whole stinking team.
What a ****ing embarrassment

Dude cannot get these guys jacked. Talent is there. Getting the most out of it won't happen with Failbin.

IMHO the man is just not HC material. He is better suited as a coordinator (like he was before), but a HC? No.

Failbin allowed incognito to be on leadership counsel safe to say Failbin doesn't know leadership

All I'm saying is leadership is innate. I'ts not a merit process.
The capacity for leadership may be innate, but one can't have much status as a leader in the eyes of his teammates, regardless of his capacity for leadership, unless he's a good player. Innate leadership capacity is necessary but not sufficient to be a leader, in other words.
