I just want to say that this draft was very very good , I feel this one complements the last one very nicely , here are my observations .

Vontae Davis : a must move , by losing our best corner this was top priority , davis is a physical specimen with pro bowl potential only concern is his ego , but parcells will take care of that .

Pat White : this guy was not going to last til round 3 , so i feel this pick was absolutely great , think about the backfield with R brown and P white , now we can make the most of the wildcat , front office knows belichick and Ryan are great D minds , we needed to have an extra ingredient on our offense to keep them guessing all the time . beleive me pat white will make a very strong impact on offense from day one .

Sean Smith : Smith is an answer to TO and Moss plus any other big target against us . he has the potential to be even better than davis . great pick at round 2 .

Turner and Hartline : Adding depth to the receiving corps was a must , when we lost camarillo it really hurted a lot , more than any of us thought . Turner has a lot of potential and will be a great red zone target i loved the pick his size is great and we needed someone like him , hartline is a nice receiver and losing camarillo wont be as catastrofic anymore .

Nalbone : I must say this was a very smart Big Tuna kind of pick , he is very similar to Fasano , if he develops well this offense will be extremely dangerous , we now can play in any formation possible , imagine two fasanos at the same time , pat white and Ronnie at the same time with cobbs , Ricky and our revamped WR `s !!! the posibilities are endless , im sure henning , Sparano and Parcells discussed about the new offense and now the tools are there . yeah !

we added a very solid S , an interesting ILB prospect and OL for depth purposes which makes this draft one of the most interesting in years . I almost garantee that JT will sign again , this team is going to be reeeeeeeaaaally Dangerous !!!!! .

Hartline not Hartfield

If Parcells wanted White he had to take him at #44.

The Broncos and Cowboys were ready to pounce on him at #48 and #51 respectively. The 'Boys traded out of that spot after we picked White.

yes in fact a lot of teams were interested if still there . i dont know why some " analysts " say it was a reach a that point .

Both CB's will help in the long run but we can't expect a huge impact from them in year 1. Hardly any top CB's make a huge impact in their rookie year, there's a big learning curve for them.

agree, great draft but I wanted barden in place of turner (but picked to pickk before us) and I really wanted jasper brinkley later.

Yes Stephen McGee, a quarterback who can run. Should be more evidence that Dallas was prepared to select Pat White had he fell to them.

Exactly. And this is why we drafted White when we did. We HAD to draft Pat White when we did or run the very high risk of not getting him at all. Obviously because of where we drafted, it looks as if Pat White will be a key component of the offense next season.

I would not say this was a great draft, too many questions need to be answered first. Davis and Smith will see action this year, not sure if they will start or not in the secondary. Pat white I see the potential and he will bring a new weapon for the wildcat and spead formations, But the thing that bother me here is we get all these huge linemen and all like we are going to run the ball like Parcells like to do, then turn around and use the spead /wildcat? Don't get me wrong I see the value in White if he is able to produce 4-5 touchdowns for us this year he will be worth the risk, I'm still trying to fully understand this pick.
As for the rest, the 2 WR's will provide depth The others that are left I see as special team players if they make the team.
If I'm grading I'd say a B- to a C.

We have said that about Beck, Toledo and now White . He is not in good company.

No just evidence that they are ran by an idiot since they already had Isiah Stanback but guess they forgot he was a college qb, so the proceeded to reach on McGhee.

This is what I have been saying and why I knew we would get another TE. Look how much work Fasano did for us last year, and he was not considered a catching TE as much as a blocker before coming here. Nalbone is faster and can catch anything, plus he can block. The ideal NFL offense has 2 TEs that can block and catch. This is a hard thing to get, and most teams do not have 2 studs at this position. The Patriots did and they won the super bowl.
