Isn't he still poised to return for the 2007 season?

I don't care who the Dolphin starting QB will be ... a year with the R&R duo could do a lot of damage offensively. Of course, that's assuming Cam' is able to (finally) upgrade the O-Line. Ricky even made Fiedler look decent.

Any idea when the Williams' updates will begin?

why would anyone bother mentioning a player who has yet to be re-instated and may or may not wear a dolphins uniform... me personally i would waste a moment on him... he has used up all his chances at what point do you say enough already?
 
nothing can happen till April. That is when his one year sentence for getting busted 4 times for drugs ends. Then he will reapply to be an NFL player and the whole sports world will be talking about Ricky; especially this board which will probably get overrun with Ricky love/hate threads and bog down.

I hope he is reinstated, but I'm not so sure.
 
I don't think Cam want's to put all his eggs in a stoned basket :lol: Seriously though, he seems to deflect alot of attention off Ricky when he's asked about him, I wouldn't blame him for not taking Ricky back or for trying to trade him but we will see what happens. Would be nice to have him if we somehow could ensure he wouldn't end up getting kicked out of the NFL.
 
ricky will return and show ronnie how its done like in 2005.

Well lets see... He will get reinstated..just has to do the paperwork if not already done. I know he is one strike away from ending his NFL career but can you name 1 RB with the talent he has for the money he is getting paid? I don't think so. For what we are paying Ricky, he is a bargain. I would welcome him back with open arms. The R&R show will reign supreme yet again in '07!!!!

Hey, I wouldn't mind that at all. Honestly I would love to get both on the field at the same time and split Ronnie outside sometimes and make him a receiver ala Reggie Bush.
 
I absolutely love the fact that there is no mention of Ricky Williams.
 
With all the latest goings on, I wouldn't be the slightest bit suprised if Cam and Randy leave Ricky in their wake too. Seems all negatives from the past are being put to pasture.

Thats what kept us from the playoffs for 5 years straight. You should care.

Ricky has not been reinstated, he is taking drug tests in CA every other day to make a case for reinstatement. Until then, he is not on the roster. Cam said it himself, until the NFL lets him back, no need to discuss it.
 
No need to discuss it? Isnt that what finheaven is all about? We gave up a lot for him. Lets get a little back!
 
Why discuss it if he is not back?

If or when he gets reinstated, you will have one million threads on how much he is loved or hated. (choose your flavor)

Yeah we gave up a lot for him and we want a little back. We will have that chance if he comes back because noone will trade for him.
