We have to put that rivarly to the side and worry about the Pats. We have to cheer for the Jets next week because if miami wants any shot at the playoffs we need the Jets to beat the Pats. The Pats then travel to NO for Monday night followed up by us on Sunday night football. If the Jets pull off the upset and the Saints win as they should. We could be playing NE at home at night for The Division lead. This would be with Miami beating Carolina and Buffalo who are two teams Miami should be able to handle.

Carolina is playing well right now. Thursday night's game is no gimmie. I wouldn't be surprised if the Dolphins lose.

I have no problem rooting for the Jets next week......the only thing that better than the jets losing is the pats losing to the jets......

I will never stop bashing the jets.

Me either. I hate the jests. I want to see what Cryan Ryan has to say this time around. Billichik is going to be in a PISSED mood all week after blowing that game againts the Colts.

I almost pity the jests, but yeah I will be pulling for that fat bastid. :chuckle:

I can do it this week and then it is back to the same old hate. I hope they beat the Pats and lose a couple players in the process.

Never will I stop bashing the Jets however nothing is better than watching New England lose so lets go Jets(for a week).

It's like I told all of my Hurricane friends at the tailgate this weekend in Chapel Hill who were all huddled around the TV cheering on Duke to beat Georgia Tech to get us back in the ACC title picture...

You win your game on the field you have to play on. Don't worry about what everybody else is doing. You're responsible for the outcome of your season. Not Duke. Not Georgia Tech. Not anyone but you.

And in the end, Duke got trashed, and Randy Shannon once again **** his pants right there on the sidelines of Keenan Stadium because I could smell standing only a few feet from him.

I need to see this team play 60 minutes of physical and fundamental football and I wanna see this team put Carolina away in the fourth. That's the mark of greatness. The ability to rise up and put a team away. I'm not concerned with the Jets anymore. We beat those meatballs and we had our chance against New England and couldn't seal it. We win our games against Carolina and Buffalo and we'll deal with New England in a few short weeks back in the 305.

I do believe the carolina game is going to be tough. Miami is pretty good against the run though and that is carolinas strong point. Jake Delhomme has been struggling hopefully we keep it that way

Dang...I didn't know WE had a hand in deciding the outcome of the games by who we cheer for. Glad i know now. thanks.

Delhomme seems to have stopped struggling two weeks ago. It looks like he got his act together a few weeks too soon. :ponder:
