Ive been a big supporter of the guy, but its time for him to step up or STFU

Henne is out, his boy Moore who he runs 2 and wines after he drops TD passes is finally the starter

Here are the real sad stats though comparing Marshall the 50million dollar man to no name players around the league

As of right now there are 16 players who have more receiving yards than him, including 2 rookies, 2 Tight Ends and a running back,

There are 45 players with more Touchdowns than Marshall, including numerous undrafted players, back up Tight Ends, back up Running Backs, and numerous rookies, just for fun he also has as many TDs as former Miami Dolphin standout WR's Devin Aromashodu and Anthony Armstrong, he is tied with Jamaal Charles for receiving TD's a RB on IR

I know Henne and the offense were awful in the redzone, BUT Marshall has dropped at least 3 TD's already this season, 3 TD's last season was pathetic as well, it can't be all Henne's fault, so here is Marshall's chance to prove he's still close to a #1 WR or this team better seriously look at some real playmakers in the 2012 draft

So please Marshall its time to put up or shut up, prove your worth

trade him or bench him all season in case of injuries, Luck will be expecting him...

Standouts- Anthony Armstrong & Devin Aromashodu...?

I'll take Marshall, thanks.

They need to trade him this off season and try and recoup a second rounder. No sense in drafting a franchise QB who has to deal with this guy and his issues. Marshall needs a team that has strong leadership in place for him to succeed.

Marshall needs to step it up, but so does about the entire roster.

So the whole thread is sarcasm? or just that particular part?

that particular part, hence just before i wrote that i put "just for fun", if someone cant tell that when i mention Anthony Armstrong and Devin Aramoashodu as standout WR's is sarcasm, then there are some much bigger issues

Might seem like sarcasm if you were saying it, but in my opinion, it doesn't translate very well in the context

Marshall does need to step up, but if we traded him, who's going to replace him?

either way your missing the entire point of the post/thread and the only one seeming to have difficulty understanding it, lets move on only point I was making is that 2 players who never saw the field on the Dolphins have as many TD's as our star "#1" WR we gave up 2 second round picks for

Marshall was doing well in the beginning of the year but has fallen off hard the last couple of weeks.

That said, Luck to Marshall would be a beasty combination.

i get your point, but what are we really replacing, 1TD catch, i believe maybe 1 or 2 plays of 20 yards or more all coming against the awful Patriots secondary?

Just look at today

D.Aramashodu has 2 catches for 81 yards

Jason Hill (who?) 4 catches 105 yards 1TD

Jason Avant 6 catches 105 yards

Pierre Garcon 5 catches 125 yards 2TDs, another 100+ yard game and 2 TD's last week, (he has the same amount of TDs in 2 games than Marshall has had in 1 and 1/4 seasons)

apparently he can be replaced by just about anyone

I'm not missing anything, I just disagree with your post. I was nitpicking one part. Okay, so when all we had was Ginn, what did EVERYONE say we needed? Someone to go across from him. So now, we get rid of the best WR we've had in years, by far. Why not let Luck (assuming obviously) and Marshall work to get some chemistry. Or we could get rid of him and have Hartline and Bess as our only established receivers. Hartline is also a FA next year I believe.

D.Aramashodu - Lots of other more viable options on the team
Jason Hill (who?) - Precisely, who? Random big games happen. DEREK HAGAN had those kind of number a few weeks ago
Jason Avant - Desean/Maclin/Lesean
Pierre Garcon - Reggie Wayne/Dallas Clark

So, who are we replacing Marshall with again? Another "big name" FA? Or do we draft someone, at the best possible, in the 2nd. When there are plenty of other things we need early than a damn wr.
