Doesn't really surprise me,Martin camp shooting blanks....

god please let this back fire on him and his family. the heat of just not being a good player, and hearing it from the fans and media got to him. the family was looking for a pay day

Cut them both and move on. The sooner it's in the rear view mirror the better.

cant wait to hear the apology.. like when i was 14 and got a job at a local restaurant as a busser and after working three days decided to walk out during a shift. my mother made me go back up to the restaurant and apologize to the owner for being irresponsible.

Martin's not cooperating with the investigator is quite an indictment, and can only make the Dolphins look better in the end.

Does not look good for Martin. He is hiding something. Why not give all the text messages over to Wells? Smells bad ....

Sounds like there must be some incriminating evidence in those texts if Martin is not willing to turn them over. Same old same, accuse someoine of something horrific and its front page news, once its debunked its shuffled back on page 14. ****ing media scum.

Martin felt bullied by the investigator.

It is typical when someone feels bullied by a lead investigator that they do not comply with him...it is very typical for someone who feels picked on....barf in my mouth.

Martin is a snake.

Or maybe Martin realized that without the support of his teammates he is better off in the long run by dropping it. Quite an assumption you make that he was bullied by the lead investigator and no, it's not typical for someone not cooperating to feel bullied. There are several reasons why he may not be cooperating and it's pure speculation on your part.

No... just... No.

I said in the other thread, with how the Fins and Incognito handled this as well as some tidbits that came out from Martin's camp they didn't answer the ball fell to Martin's feet.

But working with lawyers part time, and having a dad whose a lawyer IMO when a guy whose made accusations starts to become uncooperative it is normally because inconsistencies were found that makes their case weaker.

in barry Jackson's blog Martin was said to want to be traded.

This is what we want people. Hell, take a 5th or 6th rd. pick. Ireland turns them into gold. get the Miami G/T. problem solved forever.

Problem is, who is going to feel his value is draft pick worthy? He's a sub-par player with probable emotional/psycological issues. He's not cut out to be in the NFL and I'd suspect most would agree (including NFL coaches, GMs, etc.). Maybe Harbaugh would give him a shot in San Fran, but I doubt he'd have to give up anything to get him if he was the only one willing to give him a shot. Maybe get a 7th rounder for him. Maybe.
