No no huddle

Last year we were trying this, and our offense was out of sync, we couldn't score, couldn't protect the qb, and we couldn't run the ball. After game 5 and a 1-4 start we slowed things down and went back in the huddle, and we won the next 6 games, 9 of 11, could run, and protected the qb. I know there were other factors, but this seems so obvious to me. it's asking to much of a 1st year qb, who wasn't in half of training camp, but more importantly it's not working everyone looks confused pre snap, and the team is not in sync. I don't get why we are making the same mistakes we made last season.

* Disclaimer* This is not the only problem. If you don't block, catch the ball, and make throws it doesn't matter what play is called.
 
Gase expects these players to be as prepared as he is. He is a genius (?) working with dudes worried about their pet political bias, baby momma’s, and retirement plans.
 
When asked, Gase says he only cares about football, doesn't address the biases of players and other distractions. He wishes his players were the same way. This team needs to dedicate itself to being a team on the football field.

What does any of that have to do with how we run the no huddle?

And that can happen when there is sufficient leadership among the players.

Think about the effect Tom Brady has on the entire roster in New England. He's likely a walking extension of Bill Belichick in the locker room.

The players are not prepared to execute the offense the way Gase wants it, obviously.
 
Last year the problem was that the players simply couldn't grasp the offense well enough to run it.

This year, same problem?
 
Its just too much pressure on the QB to recognize and adjust, and no one has ever confused Jay with a cerebral QB. It also just too much for one guy to learn in 6 weeks. It also doesn't help our defense stay off the field. We had 6 minutes of TOP in the first half. This past week was a carbon copy of what we did last year in New England in the 2nd game of the season.

Tennessee and Seattle both weren't even on the field for the anthem yet they combined for 60 points and 853 total yards. Why didn't their political bias affect the actual game?

Not exactly, all Brady does is cry, if a cheerio fell out of his bowl he'd turn into a waterfall.

It obviously had a profound affect on their defenses - duh.
