Think about this:

- Bellichick's teams always have a good defense
- He creates defensive game plans, with not so great talent and is very successful

We need to find a way to copy cat that. So if we are going to replace Coyle at year end, we need to find a way to get someone in here that knows how Bellichick does it.
 
The problem with that coaching tree is all those nuts. They get taught how to coach like a genius, only none of them are one. The key to Belichick is his game plan, not his plays. Unless you get the man, you won't get the plan.

Why would the Dolphins hire one of his coaches if it's him coming up with the game plan?
 
Mike Pettine is better than anyone from Belichick's tree.
