After watching ESPN and NFLN analyzing yesterdays win all they bring up after the highlights is the fact that the Pats are struggling and that they're rebuilding and so on. They talk about how their personnel is better then everyone elses and how they always go in at halftime and make the necessary changes to always come out with the win in the second half. They bring up the fact that NE's record is like 21-1 after losing a game.

How about maybe talking about a 2nd year QB leading his team back to a victory over an overrated defense or talking about how Miami's personnel went in at halftime and made the necessary changes to pull out the win. Is it quite possible that we out played the Patriots, and possibly out coached them. Instead of the Dolphins defense stepping up and stuffing the run on 4th and 1 they question the decision making of the Patriots going for it. Nobody brought up the fact that we had a two new offensive linemen starting and did outstanding im referring to Garner and Berger. Quite honestly I don't expect them to talk about this stuff but I at least thought they would talk about us finally finishing off a team in the 4th quarter. They didn't even point out that Joey Porter kept his mouth shut all damn week.

All im saying is can we get some damn respect. Show some damn footage of Henne's presser after the game instead of Brady throwing his teammates under the buss. The Dolphins flat out won that game yesterday. New England didn't give us nothing. We made mistakes early on and we corrected them and won. If I recall Brady threw the last interception to a wide open Crowder with no receiver around which was forced by a great pressure from our front four.

Screw NFLN and ESPN.

no, the dolphins never win. its always because the other team just made mistakes or is struggling.

u would think these schmucks would think to themselves'' hey maybe the pats and brady didnt look so good later in the game because miami made them look bad''. but nope gd forbid any credit is given where its due.

look im not one to rlly care about these ppl respecting us and all because in the end if we win the superbowl ill be happy as will everyone else no matter if these ppl think we r good or not.

the only thing is i do like to here r miami dolphins being talked about in a positive way, and like rewatching footages of the game bc i can never get enough of dolphins football.

hopefully we will get on nfl replay and i can soak in the game again and watch this time without a heartattack and evaluate wat we did right and wrong without having to worry about the results.

I noticed a lot of them saying with a chuckle in their voice that they "allowed" Chad Henne to beat them, like he's some joke QB that has no business beating anyone.

^Cowherd is one of the few thats been giving steady respect all year. In fact Cowherd said today that "The Dolphins outplay every team but just don't have a big play maker to put teams away". Pretty good analysis, although we all know theres been more involved in our losses then just that.

ya i heard that also today. the herd gives us respect where its due.

Meh, I don't care. The scoreboard gave us plenty of respect.

 I think somebody makes a thread like this every week...

nah i feel you, its so blatantly bias its not even funny...its really gotten so bad i cant even watch ESPN and NFLNetwork anymore. I mean i still watch it but it sucks to watch.

I will definately watch when they replay our game this week tho

Alot of people are giving Henne props lately, announcers for some of our games rave about him and really say alot of good things about him. ESPN sucks. I dont even waste my time puttin it on for the 30 seconds they mention our team while they got a 15 minute segment on Belichek going on 4th and 1. NFLNetwork is a little better in my opinion.

Im not sure why people keep expecting things to change. We're a 6-6 team. We have no superstar or media friendly players. Now what I mean by media friendly, is that we don't have drama queens, and crap coming out of davie for the media to jump all over. We'll never be bigtime news. And thats just the way the trifecta dialed it up.

A few years ago we were in the news for all the wrong reasons. I don't mind us not being taked about to tell you the truth. Once we start becoming a real threat they'll give us all the media attention we can handle.. good or bad.

Want to hear real Dolphin news.. you dont have to look much farther than here. I only go to ESPN and other sport sites to get the lowdown on the rest of the league. Anything Dolphins can be found right here on FH.

Yesterday I remember hearing one media head say "The Patriots made Henne look like Dan Marino." To me that is a bit of an insult. Instead of saying that Henne is improving and looking like the real deal, they basically say he put up big numbers because the Pats played bad.

Thats a quote that will be repeated around here for awhile. Especially if Henne turns out to be the real deal long term. Im not sure if it's much of an insult.. we developed Henne the unsexy way for the media. We didn't throw him into the fire like they did in Atlanta, baltimore and Detroit.

Henne is slowly becoming a name media guys are respecting. For all the right reasons.

They quoted Rex?

whether or not we have a superstar, if they or the fact that we r 6-6, if they are going to discuss our game, at least give us props for playing well rather than only emphasizing the pats struggling.

ur rite we r 6-6, and they shouldnt spend all the time speaking about us[ even though i wish they did] but at least if u r going to go into details about our game, dont ignore the facts. they even gave the raiders props for yesterday.

I hear what you're saying.. but we've not been consistent enough to warrant those types of props. They will come.. with winning.. especially games we SHOULD win.

If it was the jets who beat the pats, they wouldve slobbed
all over this game. I'm one of the first to critique the phins but it's laughable how the media has disrespected Miami. Almost as if NE lost to NE.
No mention of the phins
