There was no accountability at the top. It's not Nolans fault the players came back to camp out of shape and not ready for Football. It's Sparano's fault. I don't think Bowles is the answer. I don't think Fisher would have been the answer.

How bout hire Nolan to be the Head Coach, promote Bowles to the DC, Keep Daboll as the OC. Coaches are usually very hungry the second time around. And I believe our defense loves playin for Nolan. I have been saying for the past month I firmly believe this team is ready to win now, just not with Tony Sparano..... Thoughts?

Dolphins love Nolan so much as a canidate that they wont interview their own guy so thats a no go lol asn I want someone that had nothing to do with this mess of a team

Ross has enough egg on his face. He goes after Harbaugh and ends up with Sparano again, goes after Fischer and ends up back with Bowles, classic.

This isn't too far fetched. The only swap I would see is Bowles back to defensive backs coach/assistant coach, Daboll gets the head coaching position and calls the plays and we could even offer the OC position to Chad Pennington who I believe is a marvelous X&O guy. Of course Nolan would be in charge of the D and of calling the plays. Daboll looks like a hungry young guy and I think the offense likes playing for him.

Yeah what better way to continue down the path of mediocrity then to bring back the coaches that led us to such a miserable record. Sad day in Dolphins land when posts like these are made.

apparently you havent picked up on anything since the season ended.... the front office wants to keep the coordinators if they can....
so blame the team, not the poster.......

I would consider Nolan for the Head Coaching position. His defense ranked better than Zimmers and he already knows the personnel. He should atleast get an interview.
