1st-jake long-OT-michigan-6'7-313- I think parcells and co. go with the safest pick and our biggest need, we only have one decent OT on the team,c.long would be nice but we have enough DE's.

2nd-antonie cason-cb-arizona-6'-185-we have decent corners in allen, goodman and lehan but there all short and the same type player, cason is a long corner that can cover the bigger wr's.

2nd(from SD)-Johnathan goff-MLB-vandy-6'4-240-a big parcells type LB that could start for us day 1, i have watched this guy alot and he is the real deal.

3rd-DJ hall-wr-alabama-6'2-200-a very good wr who could turn into a starter and could push hagan for the #3 this year.

4th-john carlson-TE-notre dame-6'6-255- another parcells type player big strong and soft hands, should start by the end of the season.

6th(from dallas)-andre fluellen-DT/DE-FSU-6'4 280- A project player that could become a DE in our 3-4 or could add some weight to become a NT.

6th-(projected comp pick)-dennis dixion-qb-oregon-6'4-200-coming off an injury we could steal this guy in the 6th round and groom him for a few years.

7th-robert felton-OG-Arkansas-depth/practice team

7th-(projected comp pick)-chad rienhart-OG-northern iowa-depth/practice.

THOUGHTS??

I like it, I think it fills all of our needs. The only thing I would change would be the reasoning for Dennis Dixon, I think we could use him more as a Brad Smith type player.

that would work also, i just think he could maybe turn into a decent qb or at least a decent backup

I will sign-up for this draft, with just one exception. Yes, on a corner at 32, but hopefully someone other than Cason. Maybe Flowers? Hopefully Rodgers-Cromartie.

Not bad. id take best OG with 2b. goff should be thre in rd3. take jordy nelson WR in rd4. rd 6 take best TE available (deep class) and a flyer on the CB from Wisconsin or best QB available. rd 7 best S available.

I wouldn't like that draft very much at all. Cason and Carlson are the only decent picks there.

i respect your opinion but cason and carlson the only decent picks? jake long is a franchice left tackle and have you seen goff play? and dj hall is a very good wr. i am sorry but i dissagree.

i like it, it's a tad O-Line heavy and i'd like to see us use at least two picks on our secondary, though i am in 100% agreement that Cason is hands down the only choice if he is on the board for our second pick.

There are so many corners with 1st round grades that not all will be chosen. With Rodgers-Cromartie and McKelvin sky rocketing on boards, a guy like Flowers could definately be the pick at 32.

THOUGHTS??

I like it a lot, kind of reminds me of mine a little. I am lovin Goff and Carlson. Also i am really hoping we do the right thing and take J. Long with the first pick.

Brandon Flowers over Cason really? Flowers had a horrible combine and he has some personal off field concerns (the famous MySpace page comes to mind).
I wouldnt touch him at all.

Good mock overall Nole, like all the picks really.

i like this mock. WIth either long I am satisfied, though with Jake it fills an immediate hole, as where with chris, if we dont trade JT, it wouldn'tt be as huge a hole. I definitely think we need to address CB ad LT with 2 of our first 3 picks, as you've done, and then with the other one I think we should go WR, LB or OG, and you've done that with Goff. I think, barring injury, that Mormino can hold his own at LG this season. so I wouldn't be upset with somone like Goff or the best wr available at 2B

I would expect that the first three picks will be a Tackle..QB and a Guard...in what order...who knows.

i like it..wouldnt mind us taking a chance on silva in rd 7
