Not only did we trade away our best receiver, our number 1 best receiver, our PRO BOWL MVP number 1 best receiver, we only received two 3rd round picks?!?

Not even both this year! 1 this year, 1 next.

That's ridiculous. What that tells me is they were eager to get rid of him and most likely were asking for 2nd rounders. No one was willing to do it. So for reasons unknown (either because Manning decreed it or because they needed the money to sign Flynn) they bit on a mediocre offer for a top rated player.

Say what you will about his personality, throwing someone under the bus, being a drama queen. That's all garbage to make yourself feel better. ALSO you're asking us to accept Joe Philbin like he was Mike McCarthy or the entire Packers organization. He didnt bring in any players. He was the OC so he designed plays. Plays he didnt even call on the sideline!
