I think everyone made way to big a deal out of one missed catch during the first pre-season game. I really think hes going to have a breakout year especially with Pennington throwing to him now. It seems like a lot of you guys have already given up on him, but im not going to just yet.....whos with me?

He looks great in practice, but just can't seem to put it together in games, for whatever reason. I like the kid, and I'm hoping he turns into something, but, he hasn't shown it.

He's basically the Dolphins' version of Darnell Jenkins.

To me the holding penalty was a bigger deal than the missed catch. Beck put the thing on his shoe tops, that's about as hard a catch to make as there is and I'm sure John would tell you he needs to throw that ball better.

The holding penalty, though...that destroyed a drive.

I know what he's capable of so I'm confident he can bounce back.

I did notice a article posted here regarding Pennington asking him where he likes the ball, he stated just put it up there and I'll go get it.

If his confidence isn't shook neither should ours.

I agree.. I didn't like the penalty either.. the guy practically suplexed the defender.

But I am happyhe's finally emerging as a receiver.

This is his year to shine, if he doesn't step up now he will most likely be replaced and be demoted to the 3rd or perhaps 4th next season.
