Not letting me post links?

I have 14 posts and this board is still not letting me post links. Why is that? Shouldn't a elevation of privileges be automatic after 10 posts?

Apparently, whatever the problem was is gone now. I wonder if deleting a post would cause your count to start over? That's the only thing I can think of I did in the first 10 posts that was strange...hmmmmmmmmmmmmm...
