Here are the main sections of the book.

Organization, Organization, Organization
Create an environment where everybody knows his or her responsibilities–and each is responsible to the entire group.

• Motivate to Dominate
Understand the psychology of teams and individuals, and use that knowledge to breed success.

• No Other Way than RightPractice ethics and values–and demand the same from your team.

• Look in the MirrorMaintain an understanding of who you are by knowing your strengths and your weaknesses.

Man, this guy really IS the real deal. Just the discussions on the book are amazing. I had heard how amazing Nick was but just reading some of the comments about his book are mind blowing. I think this guy is the real deal and we are going to be a force to be dealt w/ in the East...

I just oredered my copy..... :D

If they put it on ESPN i bet most of the people on here would listen word for word cause they cant think for themselves

Personally, the only books I've ever found interesting were DMX's "E.A.R.L."(autobiography), Quincy Jones' "Tupac Shakur" book, & the "Friday Night Lights" book. I absolutely hate poetry, but I read "The Rose That Grew From Concrete" - which Pac's mother took his poetry book and put all of the poems together as a book. Basically for me, If it's not an autobiography, I'm not reading it unless it's for a class or something.

If anyone here reads it...it would be nice to know how it is, though.

I havent read it yet, but I really want to. Before he got the job here I read they were going to re-release it in aqua and orange if he took the job, which obviously he now did (it is now purple and gold I believe). Curios to see if they really do that.
