i was kind of upset when i watched this game knowing ronnie brown is barely getting in there.i know we are showcasing ricky and all but still ronnie shouldve had a chance for 100yds to get the record and get 1000.but o well.were all you guys dissapointed in his playing time?should we trade ricky?i dont think we should
 
We're not showcasing Ricky. Ronnie is injured.

Ronnie is still banged up. Ricky is there 100% healthy. Ronnie got in the mix, but no reason to have a Rookie who hasnt played this many games in a single season before to be less than 100%.

I too would have loved to see him get 1000, but he didnt. No issues, next season is in his headlights to set all new personnel bests.
 
Again...Ronnie's injury is a high ankle sprain, which can take as long as months to heal. That's why he played sparingly.

Why are people so hell-bent that we are showcasing Ricky? LOL...get over it! Ricky isn't going anywhere unless it's for something big time. A 1st round pick, a good QB, or something major like that. He has way too much value to us.
 
Disappointed that Ronnie couldn't get the 1000. I want to keep Ricky around though. I love the 2 power back system!
 
i'd like to trade ronnie at least you'll get a high 1st, and keep ricky fo rthe next 3-4 years, ricky is the man, i really think you get rid of ronnie for a first rounder, no?

Yeah. That's smart. Trade Ronnie, and then have Ricky flake out on us again, leaving us with......who?
 
Wasnt this posted last week? I dunno...it seems I read a message identical to this about a week ago...anyways, I was dissapointed too. I really wanted Ronnie to get 1000 this year. But there's always next year.

No we aren't showcasing Ricky. Ronnie was banged up, and right now Ricky is better than Ronnie. I hate to say it, but it's true. Ricky is a top 5 back in this league and Saban knows it. I truely believe Saban wouldnt trade Ricky for a first rounder.



:edit: dont trade Ronnie either. :confused: Just because we have two great halfbacks does not mean we need to trade them.i LOVE it the way it is.

ricky is a different player now, even ditka says he's the same player he drafted!!! i would have flaked on wanSTASH too
 
i dono why but im gettin a lil bit dissapointed wiht RB of late. he seems to be out of that great groove he was in and somewhat how he was back in the first 3 games or so. hope this was just a drought.
