Not so good statistic on RB

Ronnie's "fumble" against the Chargers now gives him 3 fourth quarter fumbles for the year (Bills and Raiders). As a rookie, how do you think Ronnie will respond and what if any effect will it have on his confidence? Your thoughts.

that wasn't a fumble, it was a blown call which was either a TD or down at the 1 yard line. his head clearly touched the ground before the ball came loose and the ball clearly crossed the white line. but it was ruled a fumble, I don't think it will have any effect on him. if anything he will bounce back with a big game this weekend

Ronnie needs to spend a little time working on fumble drills, but Saban must be carefull to not make him insecure about it. Holding on to the ball is of critical importance, however, some players have been ruined by focusing so much on holding onto the ball, that they lose their natural running instincts.

See : Lamar Smith

He has 1 in my book.

Although when he's going down he needs to start wrapping up the ball a little more. I think all of our players seem to have this problem. I'm sure it'll be fixed. Can't hate on the kid for almost breaking his neck to try and score.
